Exlar Tritex II AC Rotary Actuator Series

The Exlar Tritex II AC linear actuator series includes the R2MG075, R2MG090 and R2MG115.

Exlar Tritex II AC rotary actuators offer the perfect solution for applications with spatial constraints. Fully integrated with an AC powered servo drive, brushless motor and digital position controller, these rotary actuators benefit from being compact and programmable which, when combined with their advanced thermal management system, makes them a powerful and highly accurate device.

Users of the Exlar Tritex II AC rotary actuator will also benefit from energy savings of up to 90% (when compared with Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems), along with programmable power that is ample enough to meet a wide range of applications demanding high downturn and accuracy.

Exlar Tritex II DC Rotary Actuator Series

The Exlar Tritex II DC rotary actuator combines high-power capabilities with a low footprint to offer the most advanced solutions of any servo driven device on the market. Comprised of a servo drive, digital positioner and servo motor, this DC powered actuator provides precise, programmability in a compact and fully integrated package, making it the ideal upgrade from outdated Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinders.

Integrated with a 750 W servo amplifier and motion controller, Exlar Tritex II DC Actuators can be quickly and easily programmed using your PC to follow an analog signal representing your required torque, velocity or position. With gear ratios ranging from 4:1 to 100:1 and features such as analog following, compound moves, move chaining and individual torque control, the Exlar Tritex II DC is the superior choice for most motion control applications.
