Exlar FT Series
The Exlar FT Series includes the FT35, FT45, FT60 and FT80. FT series actuators are fast becoming the ‘go to’ products for people looking for a superior alternative to outdated, maintenance prone Hydraulic systems.
Composed of a planetary roller screw mounted within extruded aluminium housing, FT Actuators are highly adaptable and are compatible with most standard motors. Standard stroke lengths of up to 914mm, load ratings up to 177 kN and four frame sizes are all available alongside versatile motor mounting and gearing configurations, ensuring that the FT series meet the requirements of almost any application.

Exlar FTP Series
The FTP series offers the highest force density of any electric actuator. With 15x the life and twice the force density of Ball Screw Actuators, the FTP’s compact size, low maintenance requirements and complete programmability make it the ideal upgrade from large and messy Hydraulic cylinders in pressing applications.
Based on planetary roller-screws, the FTP series utilizes commonly understood servo- motor technology, giving these actuators the control, accuracy and flexibility that Hydraulic Systems will never achieve.

Exlar FTX Series
The FTX series combines high-force with low maintenance and long lifespan, all within a compact, programmable package.
With 15X the life and twice the force density of traditional ball screws, FTX actuators are perfect for harsh industrial settings whilst their accuracy, flexibility and programmability make them the ideal upgrade from Hydraulic systems.
As a reflection of the abrasive industrial settings that these actuators often operate within, the FTX series are all environmentally sealed up to IP65 and their planetary roller-screws are designed to withstand significantly higher shock loads than ball screw models.

Exlar K Series
Available in 60, 75 and 90mm frame sizes, the K Series’ universal design has the performance and flexibility to offer the ideal replacement for Pneumatic Cylinders.
In addition to this, optional roller-screw drives give the K Series an advantage over Hydraulic Cylinders by offering longer-life, lower maintenance and significantly reduced energy costs.
Choose from two different roller screws, offering alternative performance levels:
KX Actuators
Ideal for Industrial automation, mobile equipment, process control and other demanding applications.
KM Actuators
The KM series is a lower cost alternative to the KX. This actuator contains reduced cost planetary screw and is suited to applications where budgetary constraints are a bigger factor than long product lifespan.
