Exlar precision roller screw technology allow repeatability of 3 micron metre with force from a few kN up to very high force in the range of 55kN for GSX60 series and 178kN in the FT80 series or NEW FTX215 series.

Euro CNC manufacturer and refurbished of machine tools have successfully used GSX60 series and I series Exlar actuators for spacing gear cutting machines, long life and an oil re-circulation system gives continuous machine up time with zero maintenance required.

Olsen also has a NEW Capsule style electro-hydraulic sealed for life actuator technology, which can make position repeatability of 0.5 micron metres with no wearing parts from the applied loading
Typically this solution can offer +15 million cycles with no maintenance or wear of moving parts.
